Program Description

Event Details

Join local Brookings Instructor, Ken Dobberpuhl, for a presentation and hands-on examples to help you learn healthy fitness and exercise routines to lead a healthier lifestyle.

There will be two duplicate events for those with varying schedules: Tuesday (1/7) 10:30am - 12pm, and Saturday (1/11) 1pm - 2:30pm.
