NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Chetco Community Public Library District to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 will be held in the large meeting room of the Chetco Community Public Library, 405 Alder St. Brookings, OR and streamed online. . The meeting will take place on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 9:00am. The meeting can be viewed live or any time after the meeting at https://fb.watch/530iIstF8L/
The purpose of this meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, limited space will be available for public attendance. We request public comments be submitted ahead of time to contact@chetcolibrary.org or by mail to 405 Alder St. Brookings, OR 97415. If you wish to attend to comment during the meeting, email us or call 541-469-7738 to make arrangements to attend. Only those who contact us ahead of time will be admitted to the meeting, but anyone will be able to view the streaming meeting online. Public comment is limited to 3 minutes.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 14, 2021 at www.chetcolibrary.org at any time or at the library between the hours of 10am-5pm Monday through Friday. If the library is closed, ring the buzzer at the staff entrance.
A Special Board Meeting will be held immediately following the Budget Committee Meeting to approve a renovation Contractor.
