 n, the medical Power of Attorney is known as the Advance Directive. The Ad
 vance Directive is a document that allows you to make it clear what you wo
 uld like to happen with your medical care if you ever become so sick that 
 you’re not able to speak for yourself.Many people think advance directiv
 es are only for those with a terminal illness. However, unexpected situati
 ons can happen to anyone at any age. If you experience a devastating accid
 ent or illness that renders you unconscious or unable to communicate, an a
 dvance directive can help you make sure your wishes about your medical car
 e are known, and that the person you want to make decisions for you can. 
 This workshop will run from 10:30am to 2pm with a noon lunch break (doors 
 open at 10am). A lunch option will be provided for all attendees—please 
 make sure to select your preferred meal when you register!  Not sure if
