The Annex Conference Room is located in the library Annex across Alder Street from the library. It accommodates up to 16, and is equipped with an HDMI- and VGA-enabled digital projector.

Seating
The Annex Conference room has a rectangle conference table which accomodates 10 chairs. Six additional chairs are available to accommodate overflow seating.
