Reserve a Room (by room)

The Tidepool Room is a free-standing meeting room booth located in front of the Makerspace Room. It accommodates a maximum of two people and is equipped with a screen and camera for video calls. Please note you must provide your own laptop and virtual meeting software to utilize these features. Note: This room is not wheelchair accessible. 

The Annex Conference Room is located in the library Annex across Alder Street from the library. It accommodates up to 16, and is equipped with an HDMI- and VGA-enabled digital projector.

The Forest Room (formerly called the Large Meeting Room) is the larger of the two public rooms available at the library. A small kitchen with a refrigerator and sink adjoins the room.

The River Room is our newest room, added during the renovation. It has a max capacity of 18. There are currently 3 small tables and 6 chairs in the room. If more are needed, please request them at least 24 hours before your meeting.
