EZ Flo Yoga with Mavis

Local Yoga Instructor Mavis will be teaching an hour-long EZ FLO yoga class, for beginners and above. 

It's recommended that you bring: a yoga mat, any necessary modification devices (like foam blocks), and a water bottle.
