Join local tea expert Kai for an exploration of the history and culture of tea drinking. We’ll find out how the leaves of one unassuming bush - Camellia Sinensis - are transformed into the world’s second most popular beverage.

Join us every Saturday for Saturday Shuffle, where players can bring their favorite deck and play Magic: The Gathering or Pokémon: The Trading Card Game. Not a big card game fan?

Music of the West African kora comes to Brookings! 

Each month April through October, gardeners are welcome to bring in a sample of their ailing plants and receive guidance and care tips from volunteers with OSU's Master Gardener™ Extension Program! 

Adults and teens 16+ are invited to join us for the Look-Back Book Club!

Our tween club is for kids ages 10-13. Kids 10 and older can be at the library without a supervising adult. Please see Brenna at your first attendance to offer some basic contact information.

The Chetco Library Board of Directors will hold their regular monthly meeting every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6pm in the library's Forest Room. 

Join Makeala for another DnD One-Shot Adventure! Group A

Perfect for youth ages 10–16, this program introduces players to a fun and interactive tabletop role-playing game. 

Guests are invited to drop in to the Mad Hatter's Tea Party!

Wear your favorite fantasy costume (or come as your original fantastic self) and join us for fun activities and kid-friendly refreshments. 

Dust off your traditional acoustic instruments and join in on the fun. Or just come and listen and sit for a spell. 

Stop by the library on the third Thursday of the month and build with Legos! Work individually or team up to build something according to each week's theme. Builds will be featured on the bookshelves until the next club meetup.
